Shipping FAQ

  • When will my order ship?

          Please allow for 1-3 business days (excluding weekends) for your order to be fulfilled and processed. This is just the processing part, your order will still need to shipped to you.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

           We are unable to guarantee the time of delivery. Shipment transit time is all  subject to the local carrier. However, there may be certain delays that might take additional time for a package to arrive as weather, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, invalid addresses, and high package volume. We work hard to ensure packages are shipped the following business day.

  • Where do you deliver?

           We are currently shipping to the United States, however, we are planning to ship to other countries by the end of 2022. 

  • How is my food packed and shipped?

           You can expect your package to arrive in a White Kraft Poly Bubble Envelope 9.5" x 14.5" inches.

  • My product arrived damaged. What do I do?

           We are sorry to hear this! We understand that sometimes items get damaged. Please contact us at info@natashfoods.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number or the email you used to make the purchase and we will work to resolve the situation. Please allow us 1-2 business days to reply to your message.

  • My order is missing. What do I do?

           We are sorry to hear that you didn't receive your package.
           If your tracking info shows that your package arrived, but you can't find it, we will initiate a claim process with the delivery company handling your package. Please note that claim investigations could take between 30 to 40 days to obtain a resolution. Once we have obtained a claim status from the delivery company, we will decide whether to make a refund, a replacement or deny the claim.

  • How can I check the status of my order?

          You can track it from the tracking number that was provided in your confirmation email.

  • Can I edit or cancel my order?

       Please verify your address to avoid delays due to common errors in spelling or invalid line entries. Keep in mind that once the shipping process has started, we cannot make changes to the address. In case of the package is returned to sender due to an error of address, we will issue a refund minus the original cost of shipping.

You can cancel your order if the "shipping date" (outlined in your confirmation email) is 8 hours or more away. Please allow within 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. Let us know if you want to cancel by sending an email to info@natashfoods.com

Regrettably, you cannot edit or cancel your order once the shipping process has started. If you wish to cancel your order, you may return the package in its original condition to our shipping address. Once the package arrives in return, we will process a refund minus the original cost of shipping.
